Delivery

Our products at Tails of the Glen are hand made to order. Therefore it may take six to ten days for goods to be dispatched. However we do aim to get orders out as quick as possible.

Standard delivery - £3.95 (UK Only)

Note: customs charges, taxes, import duty, etc. charged by the country of destination are payable by the customer.

International delivery - £6.95  (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia etc.)

International Shipping Policy

Sometimes items will incur customs and duty charges by your home country, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these if they wish to receive their items.
Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.
